02 · Plans

One chain. Four ways in.

Air Fuse is sold the way your organisation is built: by department. Start with the stages that hurt today, then grow into the whole enforced chain.

No public pricing. Plans are scoped to fleet size and headcount on a call.

Four plans, up close.

Each plan is a department's slice of the same chain. What it runs, who it is for, and what it looks like on day one.

Plan 01 · Training department

Training Operations

Runs stages 01 and 02

For the Head of Training who needs every logbook signed properly before anything else.

Digital logbooks, task execution with evidence, and supervisor sign-off in real time. The foundation every other plan sits on.

  • Programmes and assignments
  • Evidence on every task
  • Real-time signatures and stamps
  • Scheduling and progress views
  • Acknowledgement on record before any task starts
  • Corrections loop between supervisor and trainee
  • Experience hours, attested at sign-off
  • Hangar attendance at the aircraft

Plan 02 · Training and quality

Training + Quality

Runs stages 01 to 03

For the Quality Manager who wants every logbook checked and every task inspected, not a sample.

Adds the two-layer quality review. A structured checklist over the whole logbook, then a task-by-task inspection. Anything that fails goes back with its reasons.

  • Everything in Training Operations
  • Structured checklist reviews
  • Task-level quality review
  • Corrections loop with the trainee
  • Checklists built in your own form builder
  • Every task reviewed, never sampled

Plan 03 · Standards

Assessment & Competency

Runs stage 04 Runs standalone

For the standards team that assesses licensed engineers, whatever system holds their training records.

Practical assessments on their own, beside whatever records system you already have. Scored, evidenced, and followed by a plan when someone is not there yet.

  • Structured competency scoring
  • Question banks per aircraft type
  • Evidence capture in the room
  • Development plans after a fail
  • Due list with 90 and 30 day reminders
  • Renewals straight from the due list, no logbook
  • Assessor calibration against a benchmark

Plan 04 · The whole organisation

Full Suite

Runs the complete chain

For the VP of Maintenance who wants one chain from assignment to certificate, with nothing outside it.

The whole chain, enforced end to end. A certificate cannot exist without every sign-off before it, and your authority can check it without calling you.

  • Every stage, every seal
  • Two-layer quality review
  • Practical competency assessment
  • Certificate with verification code
  • Attestation signed and stamped
  • One record, assignment to certificate

Start where it hurts. Grow into the chain.

Moving up a plan switches on the next stages of the same chain. The records you already have stay exactly where they are, signed as they were signed.

Plan 03

Assessment & Competency

Add quality review

Add assessment and the certificate

Add logbooks and quality review

  • No re-signing. Records signed under one plan stay valid under the next.
  • Assessment can come first. Plan 03 runs beside your current records system and joins the chain later.
  • Your vocabulary from day one. Every plan speaks your regulator's terms.

Pricing

No public pricing.

Every plan is scoped on a call, to two things:

Fleet size
Aircraft types and stations in scope
Headcount
Trainees, engineers and assessors on the chain
Book a walkthrough

Questions.

Can we start with one plan and add another later?

Yes. Each plan is a slice of the same chain, so moving up switches on the next stages. Nothing is migrated and no record is re-signed.

Does Assessment & Competency need a logbook?

No. It runs standalone, beside whatever records system you already have. Renewals start straight from the due list.

Which regulatory frameworks does each plan speak?

All five on every plan: GCAA, EASA, UK CAA, FAA and Transport Canada. Pick yours once and every screen, form and certificate uses its terms.

Do we have to replace our maintenance system?

No. Air Fuse runs the training layer beside your MRO (maintenance, repair and overhaul) system and plugs into it.

Can we bring our existing logbook history?

Yes. Existing logbook history imports, so nobody starts from page one.

Where does the certificate come from?

Only the Full Suite issues it, once every stage before it is sealed. It carries every signature, stamp and credential, plus a verification code your authority can check.
