Why Air Fuse exists
On-the-job training is how maintenance engineers prove they can do the work. In most organisations it still runs on paper: a bound logbook, signed in batches, sometimes from memory, and reviewed by sample the week before an audit.
Every organisation records the same training a different way, and every regulator has its own terms for it. A signature can go missing and nobody notices until the auditor does.
Aviation maintenance needs one standard way to run and prove that training: one that enforces every signature when the work is done, and speaks the language of whichever regulator you answer to.
Air Fuse was built to be that standard: one enforced chain, built for five frameworks on the ICAO Annex 1 training documentation base.
The people behind it come from the work itself: 30 years in aircraft line maintenance, 17 years in learning and development, and 20 years in software engineering.

What Air Fuse does
Air Fuse replaces paper on-the-job training logbooks with one enforced sign-off chain. A logbook cannot move forward with a signature missing.
- Assignment and acknowledgement
- Task execution with evidence, signed in real time
- Two-layer quality review of every logbook and every task
- Practical assessment, scored competency by competency
- A certificate with a verification code your authority can check
03
Who it is for
MROs and repair stations, airline maintenance, cargo operators and helicopter operators.
Air Fuse is built for five regulatory frameworks, all on the ICAO Annex 1 training documentation base: GCAA, EASA, UK CAA, FAA and Transport Canada. You pick yours once, and every screen, form and certificate uses its terms.
